Slottsfjell is a multi-genre music festival in Tønsberg, Norway. Featuring a lineup of big names across electronic, rock, pop, and rap genres, the festival has something for everyone. Starting small and local in 2003, Slottsfjell has grown into an international player due to its inclusive, eclectic atmosphere and unique location. The logo is designed to embody the tower the whole festival is built around. It shares dna with the type engraved into its front in 1888.
The eye of the tower. An eyecatching reference to the festival site became Slottsfjell's new logo symbol.
The logo symbol is literally a living thing – giving life to hundreds of bonkers mountain creatures.
Together with Möbel Type Foundry we tailored their typeface Ripley to meet specific needs we had for Slottsfjell. The typeface continues the concept of stone engraving.
Slottsfjell's digital journey extends the universe of this coming wondrous mountain hike experience.
One of your best friends during the festival. The app was developed in collaboration with Greencopper. It includes a wide range of technological treats.
We developed a social media design program for Slottsfjell to rapidly being able to update fans, on the go, with recent artist drops and other news. The library also includes a range of stickers for the various platforms.

After dark, head over to Kastellnatt (Castle night). Keep the party going inside a massive factory. All Kastellnatt touchpoints are fluorescent and the identity program follows the same graphic language – with some bespoke details.
